These machines, along with our experienced tool makers, ensure a high level of quality regardless of quantity. Flexible scheduling allows us to complete either long run production or one-of-a-kind parts on time, every time.

CNC Lathe Department

The CNC lathe department specializes in medium to small-sized parts. Our highly skilled machinists, using state-of-the-art controls, can convert the most complex part into an easy-to-run program. Exacting tolerances and high surface finishes are consistently maintained. Successful hard part turning (Rc50+) to finished specifications has produced high quality parts at substantially reduced cost.

Mill Department

The mill department includes modern machining centers along with several CNC controlled Bridgeports. Parts up to 30 inches long can be machined with ease, and conversational programming allows small batches to be run at a competitive price.

Grinding Department

Our grinding department features a CNC centerless grinder (1.5 inch capacity) to service your most exacting requirements. Dimensional and concentric precision is achieved by our grinding specialists using the latest grinding methods and technology. The programmable controls permit us to grind any diameter and nose configuration.
